How Do You Make Super Easy Breakfast Burritos?
Everyone knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but often we skip it because we are short on time or just aren’t big breakfast eaters. This is a super easy, fast way to make breakfast burritos that are hard to resist by even the staunchest breakfast non-eater. Put a medium sized frying pan over medium to medium-high heat. Crack eggs into skillet while it is warming (use about one and a half eggs per person, so 3 eggs for 2 people, 4 for 3, 6 for 4, etc.). Add about a tablespoon of milk per egg to the pan. Whisk vigorously in the pan to mix eggs and milk. Put one tortilla per person on a microwaveable plate. Put in the microwave for 25-45 seconds to warm. This will make the tortillas more pliable and keep them from tearing when you roll the burritos. Scramble eggs as usual.
