The most common problems on this trimmer are usually caused by bad gas in the lines or the carburetor. Keeping this line and the fuel filter clean will reduce breakdowns and increase the life of your trimmer. Fuel lines can be purchased on bulk rolls to reduce the cost. You should replace the fuel line on a regular, seasonal basis to keep the Featherlite running smoothly. Pour any remaining fuel into a container approved for fuel.
