Find a location that has some drive-by traffic but that doesn’t have too many outside lights within close proximity. You need enough land for the screen, the concession stand and the cars to park. You must check the zoning on the land to ensure that you can operate a drive-in theater business at that location. Build the facility. You need to have all proper building permits. Install the number of screens that you want to use. Create the ramps for cars to park. You must also build a concession stand and an office to house the projectors and radio equipment.
