How does the Inventory/Schedule of Condition work?
• Before commencing the tenancy it is always wise to ensure that gardens, cleanliness and dcor are in a good condition and the condition of these together with any furniture left will be taken and the tenant will sign this document on signing the tenancy agreement. On completion of the tenancy this inventory is referred to ensuring the property is returned in the same condition it was rented in.
