How is each employees time calculated in TIM?
SPA Non-Exempt employees record hours worked by using Teletime, a Badge Terminal, timestamp, or manual time entry. They also capture leave and exceptions in the timecard. The amount of hours captured in the bi-weekly period is the amount Payroll Services uses to process paychecks. TIM should contain a standard schedule for SPA Exempt employees They enter only leave and exceptions into TIM. TIM captures leave only, not hours worked, for EPA employees.
