Each program takes between two and six months to complete, and on average includes three to five hour-long calls scheduled at your convenience with a wellness coach. Please note that the Healthy Weight program includes eight to 10 calls with a wellness coach and takes longer to complete. It’s important to enroll in a wellness program as early as possible so that you have time to complete it before the August 31, 2010 deadline. Any points earned after August 31, 2010 will count toward 2012 medical premium credits rather than 2011 premium credits.
