How long has the UK had people doing community service for punishment?
Only a few years but now that the offenders have to wear luminous jackets with a slogan on them telling everybody that they are offenders whilst they’re doing that C/S it should be quite fun – the gangs will know exactly who to throw things at, and although this is very wrong, it will give the innocent victims some degree of pleasure to know that this is happening even if they don’t actually witness it !
