How much time will be needed to commit to implementing the Payne School Model?
The three foundational workshops will need to take place at a time when all of the staff can attend the sessions, preferably on scheduled staff development days. The technical assistance sessions occur during the school day, using roving subs so that the teachers have time to meet with the consultant in small groups. These technical assistance sessions should occur at least once a grading period.
