I am using Hotmail and I did not receiving emails sent by Asiasoft. What should I do?
This could be due to the filter settings in your email. Please follow the instructions stated below to receive auto-generated emails from Asiasoft: • Visit http://www.hotmail.com. • Key in your Email address. • Key in your password. • Click on “Sign in”. • Click on “Options” located on the right hand corner. • Select “More Options”. • Select “Filters & Reporting” under “Junk e-mail”. • Select either “Low” or “Standard” for Junk e-mail filter. • Select “Later – Junk e-mail is automatically moved into the Junk e-mail folder, where it is deleted after ten days.” for Delete Junk E-mail. You should be able to receive auto-generated emails after you have set these functions properly.
