I am using Hotmail and it seems that all the emails from Asiasoft are auto-filtered to the “Junk” folder. What should I do?
To amend the setting to auto-filter your emails sent by Asiasoft from “Junk” folder to “Inbox”, please follow these procedures: • Visit http://www.hotmail.com. • Key in your Email address. • Key in your password. • Click on “Sign in”. • Click on “Junk E-Mail” located on the left of the page. • Search for any Asiasoft email and check the box on the left. • Click on “Not Junk”. After successfully moving the email(s) from “Junk” folder, future emails from Asiasoft will be directed to your “Inbox” folder.
