I purchased Beyond TV 3.x from the SnapStream Store after July 26th (when the Beyond TV 4 pre-announcement was made). Am I entitled to a free upgrade?

Yes, you can get your free upgrade by clicking on the “Upgrade Now” button above. You will need your Beyond TV 3 product key and, possibly, your SnapStream Store order number (something that looks like this: snapstreamtest-12345) You will be taken to a shopping cart where the purchase price for Beyond TV 4 is $0. After you complete this process, you will have a new Beyond TV 4 product key. When you run Beyond TV 4 for the first time with this new product key, your old Beyond TV 3 product key will be expired. Note: This does not apply to Beyond TV SE or Beyond TV Express users (OEM versions of Beyond TV that are bundled with TV tuner cards from companies such as Diamond and Visiontek). It only applies to purchasers of the full retail version of Beyond TV.
