If I do not opt-in, will Pinnacle Bank still pay my overdrafts for checks and recurring transactions, and assess ordinary overdraft fees?
The regulatory change does not impact checks and other paper transactions on your checking account or automatic payments (ACH). Pinnacle Bank will continue to offer the same overdraft service to our customers that we have today on these transactions. Pinnacle Bank will continue to pay overdrafts for checks and recurring transactions with ordinary overdraft fees, unless you have earlier opted out of Overdraft Privilege or your participation in Overdraft Privilege has been revoked.
