Since she is a doctor, she should be able to tell you what type of spinal tumor she has – the histopathology from the biopsy, the sites of her metastatic disease, and the treatments that have been tried. She should also be able to tell you her own prognosis. Any doctor with a malignancy would make sure he or she knew this information.
