Is it possible for an individual to apply for PD4TEF on his/her own without IHE approval or involvement?
A. A goal of eMINTS National Center programs is the development of a professional learning community leading to systemic renewal and improvement. Development of a professional learning community requires the involvement, approval and buy-in of a critical mass of the teaching staff and significant administrative support. The participation of isolated individuals in PD4TEF is counter-productive to this goal.
