Is it possible to delete the factory programmed Patterns in the Command Stations?

Yes, the factory Patterns are fully erasable. One way is to create a blank Pattern, and select the “Initialize” Preset (see Preset section for more on this) for all Tracks. Make sure your pan and volume settings are correct, and then save it and use E-Loader to upload it to you computer. From here, just Download this new “Blank Pattern” into all of the Pattern locations used by the Factory Patterns. If you also save this blank Pattern in location 000, Bank 0, you will have a nice clean slate to start writing from every time you power up the Command Station. Another method would be to boot into diagnostic mode, and perform the option “17 Init Data Except Seq.” This will erase all factory Patterns and Songs, but it will also erase your ser Presets, Multi’s, and Arps as well, so make sure they are backed up first.
