Aneta – I, too, am a group manager and do not like the changes that just appeared overnight from LinkedIn. I sent a message through “Get Satisfaction” and am really shocked at how unresponsive LinkedIn has been about the volume of complaints toward this major functionality change. A simple line to say “we understand and are working on resolving your concerns” would be a great starting point. Building and maintaining good relationships with your public is paramount to LinkedIn’s future success. Wake up, LinkedIn. There are new competitors in the pipeline. Tina Marker www.windward-design.
