Is taking B6, EPO & Vitex a safe combination?

yes it is a safe combo just as long as you are stopping the epo at ovulation. I don’t know if you have heard of this but you can take soy isoflavones to help increase luteal phase. It is supposed to be “the natural clomid” and induces ovulation without the side effects of clomid. It is about $6.00 per bottle at any drugstore or walmart. You would take it for 5 days (just like clomid). You can do cycle day 1-5,3-7, or 5-9. It sould make you ovulate sooner and increase the luteal phase length. You DO NOT take it for longer than 5 days per month as that will actually keep you from ovulating and you DO NOT take it with vitex because since it works like clomid then the vitex and it would cancel each other out and then you would be wasting time and money because nothing would happen. I’m sure just like clomid the soy doesn’t work for every one but it’s worth a try since it is supposed to make you have a quicker and stronger ovulation. I am currently on my first month of fertilaid and if it do
