Is the TFP good for weight loss?
Be mindfull that we are in the health business not the weight-loss business; however, there is often significant loss of weight. The amount of weight loss is dependant upon your body’s need to lose weight. A typical loss of weight is about 3/4 of a pound daily for the first week. During the second week weight remains stable or continues to slowly decline according to the body’s need. Some people will lose 2 or more lbs a day. Some lose no weight at all. Some, those malnourished, those with eating disorders, or those unable to fast, might even gain weight.
