First check that the size of the package is correct (about 17 Mb for the Optimizeit Suite, about 14 Mb for each stand-alone tool package). If the size is less than the correct size there must have been a problem during the download. Please consider downloading again. If that does not help, make sure that you are not installing on a disk that is full and that your TEMP directory (c:TEMP on most Windows installations) is not on a disk which is full. Rebooting your computer and trying to install again may also help.
