Were the Rangers belt buckles their actual Morphers, or just buckles that looked like Morphers?
Well, they looked identical to Morphers, and they apparently held the Rangers’ actual Power Coins (see below). On the other hand: • The buckles were never actually called “Morphers” while the Rangers were morphed. • After Billy and evil Billy had both morphed apparently with a single Morpher (split-screen stock morph aside), they both had Morpher-like buckles on their suits afterward [1]. (This assumes that evil Billy didn’t merely shape-shift to resemble a Blue Ranger in order to fool the others.)[1] Blue Ranger Gone Bad In order to maintain a distinction between known Morphers and buckles-which-may-have-been-Morphers, this page will henceforth refer use the term “Morpher buckles” for the devices on morphed Rangers’ belts.
