False… drinking any alcohol at all will cause weight gain. Increase you exercise and you can prevent this all the while drinking what you want. As far eating health, beer would be your best bet. It has loads of vitamins… especially your hefeweizen. That sediment on the bottom is like a B12 shot. It as much if not more antioxidant than wine and it is even a great natural antibiotic that can help prevent you from getting sick. Mind you this is all assumed that you will be drinking in moderation. Binge drinking will negate any benefits.
