What are first steps in working with CIS on a research project?
First, contact our top management for discussion of your research objectives, budget, reasonable expectations, etc. (See Contact) We will then prepare a lengthy, detailed proposal for your review. This detailed document will include thoughtful discussion on objectives, methodology for your proposed project, budgetary alternatives, etc. Once you approve the project and assign it to us, CIS goes to work developing a “Strategic & Tactical Research Plan” for the project, including specific research objectives and questions, etc. You must review, modify (if necessary), and sign off on the Plan before CIS begins the data collection phase of the project.
