What are the symptoms of internal bleeding in the abdomen?
I’m almost positive that’s not internal bleeding. It’s called anemia. I suffered from it in 2005 because my periods would come and stay months at a time. You said you have been bleeding for a month. You’re losing a lot of blood doing that. Being anemic makes you tired and weak, and you don’t do much. You need to go to a doctor or gynecologist. I went to my doctor, they sent me to the emergancy room (because I was REALLY low on blood), and then after they ran tests there, they refered me to my gynecologist, and I’ve been going to him ever since. You need to go to one to get them to check and see if you are indeed anemic. They will take blood from your arm to do that. If you are, they will give you iron pills. then, they will possibly give you something to regulate you. It works, so I would go if I was you. Good luck.
