Slowly add more and more dairy foods as you feel comfortable. Start by trying 1 serving of cheese or milk per day and add more and more servings per day as you feel comfortable. The key is not to overdo it. For example, don’t have 2 gallons of ice cream right after finishing the program! Try having dairy every day or every few days. Have as much dairy as you like each day, just not excess amounts.
