• Applicants are not required to pay an initial fee when requesting access to their own personal information. • Fees may only be charged for producing a copy of the records (items 3 to 6 of Schedule 2), and then only when those fees exceed $10. When the estimated cost exceeds $10, then the total amount is charged. • An applicant may request that the fees be waived if the applicant cannot afford payment or if for other reasons it is fair to excuse payment.
