Then start searching locally for a Director of Photography (DP) in your area who *has their own equipment* that could match the look you love. When making a short you want to have the best DP who owns the highest quality equipment and is in full agreement with the kind of film you have in mind. With a solid script, great casting, a professional editor and a clear vision of what you want – you cannot fail.
