What happens if I send a book that isn’t in good or better condition?
We want to keep you coming back, so it is in our best interest to grade your books correctly. If we do receive a book that isn’t in good or better condition, we’ll contact you to let you know. Unfortunately, we can’t return these books to you. If we can’t purchase your book because of its condition, it will be recycled. When you choose to sell your books to Better World Books, you are agreeing to our condition guidelines and the final grade we assign it.
