From the moment your driver enters the terminal, an additional 45 minutes waiting time is included in all of our quotes. This means that from the time your flight lands, you have 1 hour 15 minutes to meet your driver (1 hour for domestic and european flights). If on the extremely rare occasion you have not located your driver within this period, waiting time is charged at 15 per hour (25p per minute). This pays for the driver waiting time and carpark costs respectively. If you have any doubts, you can always request a later pickup time.
