What happens if my personalised plates are damaged or get stolen?
If your plates are damaged or stolen, they can easily be remade in their current design. Simply visit the ‘Upgrade or Remake Your Plate Design’ section in Create A PlateĀ® where you can order and pay online. Alternatively feel free to call PPQ on 136 356 or pop into your local Queensland Transport Customer Service Centre. Please note that your original plates must be returned to a Queensland Transport Customer Service Centre or Agency within 14 days of receipt of new plates.
