What is IMSA Membership?
Oxford Life® Insurance Company is a member of the Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA). IMSA membership signifies compliance with, and dedication to, a stringent set of principles and standards, which seek to foster fair market conduct, effective supervision of insurance agents, and prompt resolution of policyholder complaints. Achieving membership in this voluntary organization is a rigorous process. First, Oxford Life® performed a thorough self-assessment of its sales and marketing practices. Once we were satisfied that we were fully compliant with IMSA’s detailed requirements, an independent assessor then verified that compliance had been achieved.
