What is the difference between third person point of view and eminent point of view?
The third person point of view the author is telling you what is going on in the head of one person. The omniscient point of view allows the author to tell you what is going on in the head of other characters in the story. Good writers are very careful in switching from one point of view to another. It ain’t easy. We talk about this all the time in my writing critique group.
