What is the exchange / return procedure for non-functional membercards?
Go through the MembercardDebug process. If that doesn’t help, contact us via the informal and then formal communications channels listed in the MembercardSupport page. Be sure to include your Member ID number, name, and current address in any correspondence, and if exchanging your card include your RT ticket number both inside and outside your return envelope; this functions as your RMA number.
