It is designed to hold the settlement proceeds and title to the two parcels of property arising out of Alexander v. State of California, Santa Barbara County Superior Court Case No. 01185586 (the “Lawsuit”), amounting to approximately $50,000,000, which are earmarked for landslide repair in the Sycamore Canyon area.
