What is the most effective Employee Reward & Recognition Program during this tight economy?
If you cant afford anything like money reward or a vacation at least have a small breakfast to recognize the employee and his/her effort by their managers/ directors and in front of their peers, may be a certificate of achievement or appreciation that is framed taht will basically cost almost nothing will be great as at least they get to show that they are appreciated When material reward i snot available at least moral appreciation is 2nd best posted April 26, 2010
