What kind of setting is Startopia in?
StarTopia is one of those settings where the whole galaxy has been almost devastated by a war. Planets are in ruins and the only way to live is on space stations. These space stations are pretty much just gigantic donuts, or a “Torus” shape. Aliens move around the galaxy trying to find the ideal space station to live on. Just like moving from Iowa to Florida. What is the Space Station like? Your space station is of course tri-sected into 3 major levels. The wonderful Bio Deck, the Tech Deck, and the Recreation Deck. Each deck has a special purpose and can only do certain things. The Tech Deck is where everything gets done, the Rec Deck is where the parties go on and the Bio Deck is where you grow plants and make a nice little getaway for your peeps. What can you do? StarTopia allows you to create your own society on a space station. You can bend and mold your aliens to be good lil aliens or to be bad evil geniuses that will make you super powerful.
