What tools do Witches use when performing magick?
Witches tend to not use anything but their own mind and will (paired with concentration). Wiccans, on the other hand, use many tools which some practitioners think are absolutely essential (which could not be farther from the truth and damn expensive for a novice). They concentrate on a candle being a certain color, or having to use a certain crystal and Witches do not. Wiccans use wands, chalices, incense, candles, herbs, gems, crystals, cloths, jewelry, ointments, brooms, athames, bells, and many, many others. Tell me more about Wiccan tools. Witches use whatever they find, whatever they have on hand or nothing at all. All you really need to perform magick is your mind. No expensive tools, no ridiculously priced ritual clothing, no over-the-top and way-above-your-price-range ritual blades. Witches tend to think all these things are very unnecessary and much too expensive. A gold covered athame or an antique one-of-a-kind chalice will not help you do better magic, no matter what anyon
