When I get a re-touch or another rebond, will they do all the hair again?

No, just the new growth is treated, i.e. applied with the straightening cream. The other hair is usually protected by using oil or conditioner so the cream will not saturate the previously treated hair. However, if there is still curl or wave left in the previously rebonded hair, the cream can be applied towards the end of the processing time, about 5-10 minutes developing time, but for a shorter period of time. All the hair will still be ironed even if the cream is applied only on the new hair growth.
