What is the ACIDplanet Media Player? The ACIDplanet® Media Player is a player that we developed for playing music at ACIDplanet.com to provide several benefits. First of all, it can contain either the Windows Media® Player or the Real Media® Player in the same window, so you will never need to have both players launched at the same time. Further, you can view the song picture and information inside the player, and can even click the Add to Playlist and Rate/Review buttons from the player window. You can choose not to use the ACIDplanet Media Player in your preferences on the My Settings page. If you choose not to use it, then when you click a Play link either the stand alone Windows Media player or Real Player will launch to play the song.
