wear your bib shorts over your regular shorts,if you do it the other way your regular shorts will end up sliding down and you’ll have to keep pulling them up,don’t listen to BOB,he’s not got a clue,he’s just answering questions with B.S. to get the points.i do 8 to 10,000 miles a year on my road bike so i know what i’m talking about,ride safe!
