Where are the most active metals located?

0

The most active metals are the members of 1st and 2nd period of The Periodical Table. These metals are called Earth Metals and Alkaline Earth Metals because they make the bulk of the soil (or the upper surface of The Earth). Being active they are not found in pure form because they readily make bonds with 6th ad 7th period elements. The Geological part of this Chemistry question has a very tedious answer. All these metals, after making the compound (ionic as halides or covalent as oxides, sulphides etc) are found in minerals (e.g. NaCl is Na and Cl; Na is and active metal making Salt by ionic bond to Cl). To know where these minerals are located we have to consult Exploration Geology or Mineralogy data of a country.
