Get a recipe for churro dough online. To cook the churros, you’ll a large heavy sauce pan, fry thermometer, and a large plastic ziplock bag. You’ll also need a spider to get the finished churros out, a large sheet pan, a cooling rack that fits inside the sheet pan, and lined with yesterday’s newspaper.
