My fiance and I went here on a Sat. night on the recommendation of the hotel that we were staying at. We were seated right away but it took our waitress about 5 minutes to greet us. After she finally showed up she must have taken another 5-7 mins to come back with our drinks. As usual my fiance hadn’t made up her mind on what to get on the menu which turned out being a 15 min smoke break for our waitress. I exaggerate on the smoke break part but not at all the time that it took for her to get back to us to take our order. The food however made up for the lackluster service. For the appetizer we had the tuna tartar which was exceptional. For our entrees I had the flounder special which was heavenly while my fiance had the halibut which was also good, but not nearly as good as the flounder. I would go back, but perhaps next time I’ll get it to take back to our room.

We ate here for New Year’s Eve. Even though we showed up 40 minutes prior to our reservation, they sat us immediately. All of the staff were awesome and service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the marlin I ordered was raw in the middle. However, the manager immediately took care of it by removing my dinner from the bill ($30) and giving me a free dessert. The rest of our meal was great, although the scallops did have some grit in them.

If anyone reading gives any regard to goatmaster’s review, then they should go off to live in Fantasy-ville as well. Is this even a serious review? I mean come on, the guy is outraged that the people in the establishment are wearing ‘last-years fashions’ and that his ‘Buffy’ didn’t get to sit where they were accustomed to? What a crybaby, you sit where there is available space. They didn’t mistreat him in any way, and his complaints were absent in what should really be the only two fields to comment on: The food, and the service. No complaints there, huh goatbaby? Well there’s a reason, I’ve been to the establishment and they were both great.I’m personally not a fashion expert. I didn’t attend fashion school, I don’t have personal shoppers and people dressing me every morning, and to be quite honest, I don’t even watch E! So maybe I was one of his complaints. I couldn’t quite tell you what season’s clothes I was wearing. I guess that means I shouldn’t be allowed to eat at a great res
