There is no proof that anyone found North America faster than the other. In fact the nomadic Indians from Siberia found North America first when they crossed the Bering Strait in between Russia and Alaska. But the answer to you question would be the Vikings. The Vikings, led by Lief Erickson crossed into Newfoundland, Canada and settled there. The Chinese never came to America first because they would have settled and quickly established a government and a nation. We all know Christopher Columbus came when he did.
