The thumbnails have been stretched using the size percent function on the main interface. To increase the thumbnail size without distorting the image, go to Options | Preferences | Thumbnails and change the actual size of the thumbnail. After you have set a new size, you will need to remake your thumbnails. You can remake the existing thumbnails by going into a folder and pressing CTRL+A to select all of the files in the folder. Then, click on the single thumb icon on the toolbar.
