Why don’t I see points applied to my HHonors account after I’ve completed a purchase in the Mall?

In most cases, HHonors points will be applied to your HHonors account some time after you’ve completed your purchase. In the Mall, please check your “Activity Statement” via the “My Mall Account” link to see the status of your Mall points after you’ve made a purchase. A status of “pending” indicates that your points have still not been credited to your HHonors account. A status of “posted” indicates that your points have been credited to your HHonors account. Points may take up to 30 days to be credited to your HHonors account. Make sure you haven’t selected an item that the retailer has excluded from the offer. Sometimes, the offers do not apply to certain brands or items, so double check your order. If you are still having problems seeing your Mall points applied to your HHonors account after a Mall purchase, please contact Mall Customer Support for help – use the “Customer Support” link on the navigation bar at the top of the Mall pages.
