Beyonce met Jay-Z when she was 18 (she is now 28), and started dating when she was 19. The paparazzi caught pictures of them vacationing together, but we were all unsure whether or not they were "together."
They released "Bonnie and Clyde" together in late 2002, which became Beyonce’s first solo single to be in the top ten. Jay-Z is rumored to be Beyonce’s first intimate relationship.
The two announced at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards that Beyonce was pregnant. She wore a draped orange Lanvin dress on the "black" carpet that highlighted her baby bump, which she playfully posed with.
During her performance, Beyonce sang her song "Love on Top" from her album "4." She started her performance by saying that she wanted the audience to "feel the love that is growing inside of her." She wore a sequined Dolce and Gabbana blazer, which she unbuttoned at the end to pose with her pregnant belly that was highlighted in black high waisted pants.
The look on Jay-Z’s face when his pregnant wife showed off their unborn child onstage was indescribable. He smiled from ear to ear, while a proud uncle Kanye West cheered them on. It was definitely a private moment displayed to the public that Jay-Z and Beyonce have not let us see before. It was intimate and loving, and it was great to see such a power couple show such love for each other.
