Windows: 1. Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop. 2. The My Computer window will appear. Double-click the icon labeled “Local Hard Disk (C:)” 3. A new window will appear and display all the folders on your hard drive 4. Locate the folder where your MicroGrade files are saved, and double-click on it 5. Your MicroGrade files should now be displayed on screen. 6. Right-click on a file you want to delete, and a menu will pop up. 7. Select “Delete” from the menu by left-clicking on it 8. You will be asked if you want to move the file to the Recycle Bin. Click Yes. 9. To delete the file from the Recycle Bin, which will permanently delete the file from your computer, right-click the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop and select “Empty Recycle Bin”. Mac: 1. Double-click the hard drive icon on your desktop 2. The hard drive window will appear and display it’s contents. 3. Locate your MicroGrade folder and double-click on it. 4. Your MicroGrade files should now be displayed on screen.
