For enough whipped cream to feed 4 people you will need: 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tsp powdered (confectioners) sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Electric mixer Several hours before serving dessert place the mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge with the heavy cream- chilling the bowl and beaters make it easier to achieve a better consistency of whipped cream. A few minutes before serving dessert remove bowl, beaters and cream from fridge and sugar and vanilla from the pantry. Add all of the cream to the chilled bowl and start beating on slow speed.
