What is the application process?
• You must complete and submit an application during the respective filing period indicated above: • Applications must be submitted online OR applications must be postmarked by the last day of the filing period of the exam you are applying for and mailed to: DCAS Application Section 1 Centre Street, 14th Floor New York, NY 10007 C/O: Exam #______, Exam Title: Correction Officer • You will receive an Admissions Card from DCAS telling you when and where to go to take the exam. You will receive this card between 5 and 10 days before the exam date. You must take and pass the Correction Officer Exam. • After you pass the written exam, your name will be placed on the Correction Officer list. Once you are on the list, you usually have no more than four years to get all the requirements necessary to be appointed, although it is advisable to act as quickly as possible.
After submitting your online application, you will receive an immediate credit decision. Even if you are conditionally approved, you may still add a creditworthy cosigner to your loan application. You will then receive paperwork in the mail as well as notification of any additional documentation that may be required for your loan. Once all paperwork is received, your loan may be disbursed in as little as 2-5 business days.
• Submit a no-risk FreeColorPrinters application. • Xerox will review your application and will typically call you to discuss the program with you. • If you are accepted into the program, you will be asked to complete and sign a program agreement. • Once the agreement is approved, Xerox will ship the printer to you free of charge.
eligibility quiz. Once you have completed the eligibility quiz and your organization is determined to be eligible for a grant, you may submit a letter of inquiry that will be reviewed by Quantum Foundation staff. Letters of inquiry are reviewed on a monthly basis. As such, you will be notified about the results of our review of your letter of inquiry from four to six weeks after it is submitted. At that time, your request may be declined or you may be asked to submit a full proposal.
