Why did you decide to join Bovis Lend Lease?
I wanted to increase my experience in new building areas. Bovis Lend Lease was the best company to do this with because you have the opportunity of working on different kinds of projects. What does your job involve? My job consists of controlling the budget, negotiating the contracts and supervising change orders. It is a very interesting job because you need to work with the client, contractors and architects to achieve our purpose. It is about getting the best project at the right price. Can you give an example of a project you have worked on recently? For the past 5 years I’ve been working on Distrito C project for Telefonica. It consists of fourteen office buildings and a shopping centre. What are the best things about working for Bovis Lend Lease? I think the best thing is the team.
